William 'Bill' Hinig is a former member of the Ohio House of Representatives. Representing a district that was always based out of Tuscarawas County, Hinig served in the legislature for over 30 years. Always known for his fairness and bipartisanship, Hinig was often regarded as one of the best legislators.[1]
